To me, true wellness encompasses many factors, it’s not found in a magical pill or in the latest fad diet or exercise regime. It’s how we are as a whole, everything in our bodies is interconnected. The way we view ourselves and others has as much to do with the state of our health as does our food choices. I feel that if we can get to the root cause of a health issue and address it, has more value than only focusing on a symptom by itself.
